Nurturing the spiritual development of our members is essential to our mission of proclaiming Christ to our community. Through Bible studies, Sunday School, and targeted prayer meetings, we help our members apply Scripture to their daily lives and live out their callings as God’s chosen and redeemed people. Our corporate worship is another significant way we are fed by God’s gift of Himself through His Word and Sacraments and the joyful fellowship of His body, the Church.

Good Shepherd's Kids' Bible Hour is open to all children from age 3 up to 6th grade.  The program divides students into groups according to their age range. Lessons are designed to engage each education level, helping children grow in their faith. Each Sunday begins with a time of songs and group activities.

Youth in grades 6-8  meet for a bible study specifically designed for older students who are ready to learn about a broad variety of topics and current events, exploring how their faith can drive their thoughts, words and actions.

Our youth group is currently being re-imagined. We plan to study God’s Word, fellowship and play, and learn how to live out the Christian faith in the real world. Through Bible studies, field trips, service projects, and shared meals, our youth will mature in their faith and contribute to the larger mission of this church.

College is a time when many youth fall away from their faith. Our desire is to serve the students at UW-Oshkosh by becoming their church “home away from home.” We provide rides to and from Sunday worship, invite students to join our choir, and participate fully in the life of our congregation. We also work with the local Intervarsity staff to support campus Bible studies, missions retreats, and other outreach events.
